Added second administrator (made a Founder, but does not have same permissions and abilities as me?)
A founder has full access to the ACP so can give himself all permissions, and also remove the other founders.
There is no need to give someone else founder status.
Check whether you have uploaded the extension(s) the correct way:Additionally, despite being confident that I'm downloading and opening extension files in the correct spot, they do not show up in my admin panel. The only extension (VigLink) was already there, presumably from downloading phpBB. I've followed both the Installing Extensions page and YouTube videos that show step-by-step the same procedure with visuals, but they don't appear in the Customize > Manage Extensions section.
