[3.3.x] Support Forum • Cannot PM users as an Admin

Hello,
I do not have the option to PM any User but I have the option to email every User. My test accounts only have the option to PM Users. The issue is with my main ACP, MCP, user account and not across the board.
You are not authorised to send private messages. This is from my UCP, Private messages, Compose message.

I have looked at the settings and permissions in the ACP but I don't know what I am missing. I am have Full Admin rights and Full Moderator rights.
