I'm seeing PHP 8.2.18

Whats the best php version for v3.3.11 phpbb board, and what would cause this error?

* PHP 7.2.0+ up to and including PHP 8.1 with support for the database you intend to use.
I have 2 boards on PHP 8.2 working without problems (even a testboard on PHP 8.3 but that hasn't been fully tested yet)
