I just installed the extention and everything seems working fine inclusing compatibility with "we_universal" style in both light & dark mode.
The only cosmetical thing I'd suggest is removing the grid between the icons.
One thing I didn't really understand:
Once somebody reacted on a post you'll see the icon+counter on the bottom of the post. If I click on that I see a popup wich - I guess - should show who reacted but that's always empty. Click "Load more" doesn't change that.

I get it now, it is require to enable "view reactions page" then you can see who reacted on specific posts. I'd prefer to make to pair of shoes for these conditions since I don't really need that statistic "big data" reaction page wich might lead to an "exposed" feeling for some users.
Perhaps it would also be nice to introduce a third possibility that you can only see who reacted on your own posts and keep everything else anonymous.
