phpBB doesn't have this feature by default.
You will need to ask this in Custom Coding or Extension Requests forums.
IMHO I don't see the point. If user X is a spammer and after him user Y will post in the same forum the last poster info will be overwritten so you won't be able to spot them right away. Instead I would suggest a stronger spam protection.
