what makes open source projects like phpBB so successful is community support. In my opinion $434.73 usd is not a reasonable price unless it comes with a custom style and hosting. For an average size db, the update from 2.0 to 3.3 should take 15-45 min. A custom mod/extension or style is a different story as these require a considerable amount effort and knowledge.In case if you didn’t found anyone yet, I can do the job easily for a reasonable price. For mightymikee, temporarily change your site back to php5.6 so members can get an idea of the db size and modifications that you will loose in the process of updating
