Based on your recent post in another topic you are running phpBB 3.0.10 which is very outdated version of phpBB. Taking a guess it's no longer compatible with php version or something else server side.
Whatever the case we don't offer support here for older versions of phpBB other than updating it to phpBB 3.3.X. Directions for updating 3.0.X to 3.3.X can be found here: https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3 ... /upgrade3/
If you need help with update fill out the Support Request Template first.
As far as the outdated Hungarian language pack which you also mentioned in that topic you can update it yourself using Winmerge or similar tool. Just compare the English language pack in the download to your language pack, what you are looking for is missing lines, files etc.. You'll of course need to convert the text yourself.
