Hello everyone, I am experiencing a bug in my forum, first of all I will answer you about the technical data:
phpBB version: 3.3.13
PHP version on my hosting (OVH): 8.3.9

The problem is the following, I have configured the SMTP with an email account that I have created in OVH. I use the same configuration on the website (WordPress) and it works perfectly. In the forum I can send mass emails, but when I send a test email from the email configuration menu and it never arrives, nor do I get any error in the error log.
I have tried not using the SMTP and set as outgoing and incoming mail at the top of the email configuration menu and it behaves the same way.
I have read several posts with similar problems, but I have not found any solution.
