I receive the following when attempting to access mibuzzboard.com/phpBB3/index.php :
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/phpbb/class_loader.php on line 160: require(./ext/cabot/changelogo/event/listener.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
Other pages on the site work, but not index.php.
Also, when I try accessing my ACP via one of the pages that do work, I receive the following error:
"This page isn't working. mibuzzboard.com is currently unable to handle this request." HTTP ERROR 500
These issues all began after I installed an extension to change my site's logo, enabled it from my ACP, and then tried adding it as a module within ACP.
I know this is a toughie; a million thanks in advance to anyone who may be able to assist!!
